THE COMPANY

Algodon is structured as a private limited company, regulated and registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). We are incorporated at the Faisalabad office. We operate under strict ethical and corporate frameworks. We are an active member of the Pakistan Hosiery and Manufacturers Association (PHMA) and the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FCCI) since 2014.

OUR LOCATION

We are located in the textile city of Faisalabad, in the Punjab province of Pakistan. We are 30 minutes away from the Faisalabad Dry-Port and in extension to Port Qasim via a 12-hour cargo train link to the deep sea Port Qasim, Karachi Sea Port.

CREATIVE STUDIO

(Product Design and Development)

At Algodon, we run a fully equipped design studio to convert ideas into physical garments. We use traditional pattern-setting methods with digital marking layout machines. We develop multiple new fabrics every year and carry a variety of available fabrics in stock.

KNITTING DEPARTMENT

Flat and Circular Knit Machines

We are using the latest circular knitting machines with temperature control to ensure a consistent flow with a 24-hour monitoring system. We are working with some industry experts to develop new fabrics to improve texture and reliability.

DYEING DEPARTMENT

Cotton/Polyester Yarn and Fabric Dyeing

We use premium dyes using German HT machines, working with heat set and cold set machines to ensure a smooth garment finish and a consistent GSM throughout the entire lot. We employ market experts to perform 3-point audits on all fabrics after processing.
